At Quality Refrigeration, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure shipping for all refrigeration and HVAC replacement parts. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing times may vary for large or heavy items such as compressors and condensing units.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination:

Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Freight Shipping (LTL): 5–10 business days (for heavy or oversized items such as condensing units)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier, location, weather conditions, or supply chain delays.
Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Heavy items such as refrigeration compressors and condensing units may incur higher shipping charges due to size and weight.

Freight shipments may require commercial delivery addresses. Residential freight delivery may result in additional fees.
Freight & Oversized Items

Large items may ship via LTL freight.

A valid phone number is required for freight shipments so the carrier can schedule delivery.

Liftgate service is not included unless specifically selected at checkout.

Customer is responsible for ensuring delivery access at the destination.
Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect all packages upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

Quality Refrigeration is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist in filing claims when applicable.
Incorrect Address & Refused Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or refused deliveries may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible to for shipping costs and handling. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been used, damaged, or not in their original state.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
